Who is this for?

The PXL Partners program is tailored for small businesses that have light I.T. needs and is a great solution for owners that need to be able to scale quickly in a cost-effective way. You have control (via spending caps or warnings) over how much you can afford per month and can plan I.T. work when it best suits your schedule. You can maintain peace of mind that your entire network is protected with anti-virus, theft tracking, automated patching, and easy instant support using our remote access tools.

What are the goals for this plan?

Our goals for our PXL Partners clients are just as the title implies; we want to be your partners and understand everything about your I.T. needs. We’ll maintain the dialogue and keep you in the loop.

Any personal purchasing or personal I.T. for employees of the business will also be handled at the reduced rate (separate from the company, of course)!
We will make smart recommendations that eliminate future problems, save time, and keep your equipment running as fast as possible while keeping billing reasonable.

As part of our commitment, we’ll also set up the following at the outset of our contracts:
– Quarterly preventative maintenance for all devices (beginning at the start of our contract)
– Monthly server maintenance (upgrades, patches)

Terms: 1, 2, and 3 years
Cost: $10 per system per month base cost with per-hour rates

This billing model also allows a substantial time and effort savings by removing the financial approval process for hours of work that need to be done. Trust us, it’s easier on us, and on you. Simply let us know the issue and let us solve it, no matter if it takes one, two, or nine hours, you’re covered!

Our goal for our PXL Elite clients is nothing short of completely taking over your I.T. needs from planning to execution. We provide a senior team of I.T. professionals that understand your business, market, and goals and will meet with you quarterly to align ourselves to your expectations. We want what you want!

As a bonus, any personal purchasing or I.T. for employees and family of the business will also be handled at a reduced rate and with the same eye for detail, fantastic pricing, and passion that we conduct ourselves with at all times (with their costs totally separate from the company, of course)!

Cost: Calculated based on site device / user totals per contract period
